About Family Health Care

Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.

Experience Requirements: 

<ul>
<li>Prior experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.</li>
<li>Must be willing to treat all ages including newborns, pediatric, and adult patients.</li></ul> 


Certificate/License Requirements: 

<ul>
<li>Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>State of Michigan Medical License</li>
<li>State of Michigan Controlled Substance License</li>
<li>Federal DEA License</li>
<li>Board Certified</li></ul>
