General Job Description &amp; Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician offers and provides comprehensive obesity medicine services to patients. Job Roles
<ul><li>Completes all required documentation accurately, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards and to comply with electronic medical record requirements, including medication reconciliation, finalizing notes, clearing out personal pool, and participating in clinic pool.</li><li>Follows FHCSD policies and procedures, including (but not limited to), cooperating with the timely submission of credentialing and licensing paperwork; maintaining BLS certification; maintaining CME units based on the requirements of the specifying Board; attending all mandatory meetings; minimizing incident reports; using resources efficiently and practicing medicine in a cost-effective manner.</li><li>Maintain FHCSD behavioral standards, including (but not limited to), effective listening and communication skills and respectful interactions with colleagues and patients.</li><li>Maintains a productivity expectation of 2.5 patients per hour with minimum productivity of 2.2 patients per hour.</li><li>Maintains satisfactory peer reviews: able to assess medical information including pathophysiology, patient presentation, differential diagnosis, etc., to facilitate health promotion and disease prevention.</li><li>Meets clinic site and organization needs in a reliable and flexible manner; prioritizes work and tries to adhere to schedule.</li><li>Participate in Clinical Outcomes Program and work towards meeting organizational targets for all metrics.</li><li>Participates in administrative duties, including lab reports, charts, and medication refills reviewed and managed appropriately.</li><li>Participates in on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>Supervise mid-levels in a timely and responsive manner</li></ul>
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations
<ul><li>Completion of an accredited fellowship in Obesity Medicine or BC/BE in Obesity Medicine by the ABOM</li><li>BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li><li>Expertise in the field of Obesity Medicine. This field of medicine requires competency in the genetic, biologic, environmental, social, and behavioral factors that contribute to obesity and a thorough understanding of the treatment of obestity</li><li>Current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, or Advance Resuscitation Training.</li><li>DEA license</li><li>Graduate from an accredited school of medicine.</li><li>Must possess current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California if applicable.</li><li>Traveling between sites and other locations is occasionally required. Must have a valid California driver&rsquo;s license, an automobile, and proof of minimum levels of car insurance as required under California law, although limits of $100,000 are recommended. Administers the Clinical Management Information System and/or other systems as needed.</li><li>

They will develop and manage project designs for a variety of construction projects, including new construction, remodels, renovations and special projects. In addition, the Design Team Associate III will assist with researching project requirements, project planning, project design, and code research. Architectural Designer III will review and determine the accuracy of building dept. comments, making corrections or challenging the comments. They will also manage outside project Architects through ground up construction.</h2>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Produces schematic drawings, implements standard specifications, addressing redlines and coordinating work.</li><li>
Assist in review of submittals, shop drawings, respond to RFI&rsquo;s, and preparation of instruction documents (OSI&rsquo;s) for any changes to plans or work during construction phase.</li><li>
Establish productive working relationships, and deal effectively, and cooperatively with team members, consultants, and government agencies.</li><li>
Coordinate projects and drawings with team members and consultants for conflicts and discrepancies.</li><li>

B.A. or M.A. Degree in Architecture.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience of Architectural Design</li><li>
3 years of experience of Architectural Design, in an Architectural firm.</li><li>

REVIT Proficient.</li><li>
Commercial, Healthcare, OSHPD 3 / HCAI experience is a plus.</li><li>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
With input from the Project Manager and/or Architect, responsible for the design and technical development of project construction documents through all phases of the design process.</li><li>
Assist in organizing and maintaining QA/QC of technical documentation process through all phases.</li><li>
Provide oversight to project team on delegated tasks and work in collaboration with project team.</li><li>
Review, track, and address design team member&rsquo;s and Consultants on day-to-day questions or issues related to drawing coordination, organization and detailing.</li><li>
