Employees are required to work holidays, special events, emergency coverage, or adjusted schedules based on shelter and organizational needs.Position SummaryJoin Family Promise of the Chippewa Valley and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families experiencing homelessness.We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Case Manager to help families achieve housing stability, increase self-sufficiency, and overcome barriers that may prevent long-term success. Through trauma-informed, housing-focused case management, the Case Manager partners with families to identify goals, connect to resources, navigate housing opportunities, and build a path toward stability.The Case Manager manages a caseload of approximately 15 families and works closely with community partners, landlords, service providers, and shelter staff to coordinate services and support positive outcomes. This position combines direct family support, resource coordination, advocacy, and problem-solving to help families move from crisis to stability.The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to empowering families while maintaining accountability, professional boundaries, and a strengths-based approach.
