</li></ul>Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
<ul><li>Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
</li></ul><ul><li>Cooking and/or serving meals
</li></ul><ul><li>Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
</li></ul><ul><li>Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
</li></ul><ul><li>Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring and reporting on their condition
</li></ul>Additional Information
<ul><li>Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
</li></ul><ul><li>Washington only &ndash; If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). Training is required to be completed within 120-days of hire.
</li></ul><ul><li>The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
</li></ul>Requirements
<ul><li>18 years of age or older
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to pass a state and national background check
</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift 50lbs
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
</li></ul><ul><li>Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
</li></ul><ul><li>WA Only &ndash; Current valid CEs if you are an HCA

Additional Information

Oregon only &ndash; If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!</li></ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>18 years+</li><li>
Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.</li><li>
Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.</li><li>
Ability to pass a state and national background check</li><li>
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record</li><li>
Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed</li></ul>
