We are currently hiring for a Caregiver Manager to join our branch located in Lincoln City 
Position: Caregiver Manager (CGM)
The Caregiver Manager will supervise and lead a team of caregivers by training, developing and supporting them so they may thrive in their roles and provide quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Discuss client. needs and market insights.</li><li>
Engage New Caregivers: Prepare them for their first day prior to orientation.</li><li>
Clarify Orientation Requirements: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on new hire essentials.</li><li>
Conduct Weekly Orientation: Facilitate sessions for incoming caregivers.</li><li>
Partner with Staffing: Provide insights on client and caregiver requirements.</li><li>
Facilitate Client Introductions: Accompany caregivers on their initial shift.</li><li>
Deliver Ongoing Training: Provide individualized sessions, skills labs, and soft skills development.</li><li>
Ensure Compliance: Work with Compliance to uphold regulations and address caregiver needs.</li><li>
Serve as Contact Point: Address caregiver inquiries and concerns promptly.</li><li>
Conduct Performance Evaluations: Offer regular feedback to support caregiver development.</li><li>
Assist HR: Facilitate progressive discipline as necessary.</li><li>
Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of caregiver communications and requests.</li><li>
Participate in Meetings: Engage in company meetings and training sessions.</li><li>
Adhere to Policies: Follow all company and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>
Other Duties: As assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements 
<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or senior care management.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Strong time management and decision-making abilities.</li><li>
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.</li><li>
Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for caregivers and clients.</li><li>
Fluent in English (spoken and written).</li><li>
2-3 professional references.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience with a Point of Care software</li><li>
Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in a caregiving or healthcare setting.</li></ul>
Pay Range: $48,000-53,000
