Position Summary: Provides trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and enhanced evidence-based services for children, youth and their caregivers in the community and in the office using evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). Collaborates on cases with case managers, psychiatric team, and other service providers to ensure best client care. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Works as part of a trauma-focused multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices with fidelity.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc) required</li><li>
Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor</li><li>
Experience working with children exposed to trauma preferred
</li><li>Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs</li><li>
Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated</li><li>
Flexible schedule with some evenings
</li><li>Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must</li>
Ability to work independently and part of a team

Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:<ul><li>
Current driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively
</li><li>Travel to and from clients&rsquo; residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 20lbs
</li><li>Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

Community Services Clinician, IC-DBT

Position Summary: We care about the individuals and families living within our community and it is our priority to ensure access to services as soon as possible. The Case Manager provides case management related activities and supports individuals and families throughout treatment. The Case Manager ensures individuals and families are connected with appropriate services using evidence-based clinical practices and interventions, that are consistent with the person&rsquo;s values, preferences, and individualized needs. As part of our team, this person shares responsibility for directing, coordinating, and managing care and services
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Associate degree level education or equivalent experience
</li><li>Behavioral Health experience preferred</li><li>
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs</li><li>
Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
