<li>Has a High School Diploma/GED.</li>
<li>Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.</li>
<li>Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.</li>
<li>Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.</li>
<li>Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop Associates.</li>
<li>Exercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.</li>
<li>Displays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.</li>
<li>Demonstrates expertise and proven ability to lead general retail practices and procedures.</li>
<li>Can work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.</li>
<li>Has basic computer skills.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
 <ul>
<li>Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques;</li>
<li>Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting;</li>
<li>Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.</li>
