Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms and stores. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics, along with excellent communication skills.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts efficiently.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.</li><li>Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve organic visibility.</li><li>Maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand brand reach through public relations initiatives.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, photography, video editing, and branding.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics.</li><li>Proficient in using social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong proofreading abilities with attention to detail in all communications.</li><li>A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box while adhering to brand standards.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce trends is a plus.
