Inside Sales Associates provide superior service to Famous Supply customers via phone, the Famous Way. Inside Sales Associates get contractor customers the materials they need, where they need them, when they need them so they can complete their job.
Primary Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide friendly and helpful customer service</li><li>
Understand customer needs</li><li>
Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs</li><li>
Process and schedule customer orders</li><li>
Manage Open Orders and customer Bids</li><li>
May be asked to fill in at the Branch Counter</li></ul>

HVAC knowledge</li><li>

Inside Sales - HVAC

 Starting wage is $20.25/hour! $19.00 base + $1.25 shift differential!
 
 
 
 Warehouse associates at Famous Supply are responsible for any of the following tasks;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Unloading trucks
 </li>
 <li>
 Receiving material
 </li>
 <li>
 Put-away of material
 </li>
 <li>
 Picking customer orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Staging customer orders for delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Loading customer delivery trucks
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Primary Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized

 Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.
 
 
 
 Required Experience And Skills

 Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 </li>

 Forklift experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using RF Scanners
