We&rsquo;re looking for a fearless designer that can help us tell amazing sports stories in ways that sports fans (and the internet) will obsess over. This is an incredible opportunity for any early-career designer who is passionate about sports and looking to quickly build a strong social-first portfolio.
 
 
 Fanatics, the leading sports merchandise and collectibles retailer is seeking a junior designer to work alongside proven creative leadership to help develop and execute the creative output for Fanatics social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and other platforms).
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Concept and craft final designs for Fanatics social content both static and motion. From selecting color grades, design treatment, color palette, typography and motion decisions for content and campaign work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other creative teams and leadership to develop attention worthy concepts for social-first content to run across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube (amongst others).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the production and execution of the final community-facing content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage and maintain brand consistency across all channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with real-time sports news and culture.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Some experience working within a creative department (agency or other).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative portfolio that includes social-first design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding and passion for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in animation/motion software, like Adobe AE and/or software like Maxon C4D.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep passion for sports and fan culture in at least three of the following sports: NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, Soccer and NCAA.
 
 
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications

 A bachelor's degree in design or visual communications.
 </li>

 Practical knowledge of AI Creative tools (Runway, MidJourney etc)

 Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
 
 
 
 The salary range for this position is
 
 $63,000 to $81,900
 
 , which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

 Job Overview
 
 
 
 Creative, passionate and driven Graphic Designer that utilizes a strong sense of brand identity, color, graphic design, and basic production art techniques to create professional designs and develop seasonal sports apparel assortments. The Designer will partner with other in-house design teams to maintain Corporate Branding and season creative direction that enhance individual Leagues through visual storytelling. This person needs to be results-oriented, team player with a passion for sports.
 
 
 
 How You Will Make An Impact
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for creating apparel graphics for our licensed sports business and for the build out of master art files, inclusive of licensing sheet which includes size based on specs, decoration for building of materials (BOM), call outs on full size art, appropriate branding, and the addition of copyrights (&amp; rules) as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development and maintenance of presentation decks, collection boards, supporting brand and league systems administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Creation of non-calendared special art request graphic concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Local trend shopping, reference and research and development for multiple apparel embellishment techniques, including: screen print, heat transfers and appliques, embroidery, etc.

 Application of Intermediate-level typography skills for font research, development, and implementation in apparel graphics
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an active understanding of trends in sports apparel and sports / pop culture, consumer insights, new business opportunities, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetic and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards
 </li>

 What You Bring To The Team

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Arts or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

 2+ years of experience in retail, Licensing, or Sports related experience a plus.

 Graphic Designer II - Topps Digital Trading Cards
 
 
 
 Topps is seeking a Designer to join a collaborative and growing Apps team. This role will report to our Art Director but also work closely with the Apps&rsquo; Content Team (Producers and Content Product Manager) to develop digital trading cards across major sports licenses including Major League Baseball, as well as entertainment licenses including Star Wars and Marvel. This is a fast-paced Design role where flexibility and multi-tasking is key to support daily releases. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for innovative ideas, who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute their skills in a truly supportive team environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop original designs for digital trading cards that incorporate design direction from the Art Director, editorial direction from the Producers and Content Product Manager (Content Team), and adhere to Licensor guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create digital trading card templates that are organized, easy to use, and optimized for fast, easy production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create ancillary assets such as product images, news headers, etc., as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend Team Meetings and check in frequently with project management tools to stay informed and on-task.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strike a balance between speed and quality.

 Skills &amp; Competencies

 Expert in Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, &amp; Acrobat.
