 About The Team
 
 
 
 Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.
 
 
 
 Overview
 
 
 
 As a Senior Strategy &amp; Operations Analyst at Fanatics Betting &amp; Gaming, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness. As a member of the Customer Operations Team, you will play an integral role in the wider Fanatics Betting &amp; Gaming ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an experienced strategy and operations team member who is a natural problem solver and has a strong bias towards action. They will bring thoughtful, effective ideas and solutions to a rapidly growing organization contributing at a hands-on level. They have a proven track record of digging in and defining what needs to be done while deftly managing a variety of stakeholder relationships.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver cross-functional operational processes that create strong ownership &amp; accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage data and analysis to identify problems and articulate clear solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Autonomously ensure successful execution of key short and long-term projects, while continually finding opportunities for ongoing program improvements and enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Intimately understand the sporting calendar and the ability to identify areas of opportunity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Payment &amp; Fraud, Finance, Product, Online Sportsbook, Commercial, Marketing, Trading, VIP, Retail, and iCasino functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer drivers and obsess about ensuring these are met, championing the end to end customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem to leverage and utilize strategic assets into the Sportsbook and iCasino product.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage multiple projects with clear and consistent communication.

 </ul>
 
 Skills And Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 - 4 years experience in a Consulting,Strategy, Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capability (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and willing to dive into data
 </li>
 <li>
 An ambitious multitasker, who can move quickly and efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 A passion for Sports and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans want in order to be entertained
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, experienced at presenting to senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Empathetic team player, accomplished at working effectively cross-functionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Curious and fast learner willing to dive into sports betting and become proficient in consumer/industry insights and functionality
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Engineering

 Ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed.
