HR Payroll Executive Only (No Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients during project execution.</li><li>Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring expectations are met.</li><li>Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of merchandise solutions.</li><li>Prepare and share internal reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.</li><li>Support the Brand Manager in executing marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and merchandise planning.</li><li>Conduct basic research and competitor analysis to support branding decisions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client communications and project timelines.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a reputed institution (Freshers welcome).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.</li><li>Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced team environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherWork Location: In person

Brand Executive (Freshers with Excellent Communication)

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and other relevant financial documents.</li><li>Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.</li></ul>2. Stock &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Oversee inventory accounting and coordinate with the stores/production team for accurate stock levels.</li><li>Monitor material movement (raw material, WIP, finished goods) and conduct periodic stock audits.</li><li>Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in accordance with accounting standards.</li></ul>3. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle all direct and indirect tax matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).</li><li>Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments for assessments and compliance.</li></ul>4. Payroll Management<ul><li>Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and disbursements.</li><li>Maintain employee records and coordinate with HR for payroll-related matters.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and monitoring of expenditures.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies to improve profitability.</li></ul>6. Systems &amp; Tools<ul><li>Expert-level user of Tally ERP &ndash; for accounting, inventory, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel &ndash; including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>CA / MBA in Finance &amp; Accounts (preferred: experience in manufacturing/industrial setup).</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance.</li><li>Experience with stock and inventory systems in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
