RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Fulfil service revenue and profitability targets and increase the capture rate of service products.</li>
<li>Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs about aftermarket business with phone calls, emails and periodic visits.</li>
<li>Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and on-line.</li>
<li>Cooperate with product sales team to collect necessary information for aftersales business.</li>
<li>Cooperate with other service team members to deliver committed service in high standard.</li>
<li>Record all PTS Sales activities into the Salesforce CRM on daily basis.</li>
<li>Report to PTS Sales Manager weekly, monthly or any time if required.</li>
<li>Timely feedback sales information on service product by weekly plan and report.</li>
<li>Building relationships and maintaining contact with other departments.</li>
<li>Understanding key customers by joint visits with the sales, technical support and service teams.</li>
<li>Represent FANUC during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><br>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales field.</li>
<li>Knowledge of FANUC products and competitors would be preferable.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the target markets and industries would be preferable.</li>
<li>Teamwork, presentation and communication skills as well as a high level of intercultural competence.</li>
<li>Preferably living in the Istanbul or Kocaeli region.</li>
<li>Structured and independent working methods and a high sense of responsibility.</li>
<li>Both written and spoken English is an asset.</li>
<li>Driving License and active driving experience.</li>
<li>No travel restrictions in Turkey and abroad.</li>
<li>No military obligations for male candidates.</li>
<li>Flexibility in terms of working hours.</li>
<li>Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment.</li></ul><br>

Additional Details:</b> Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.</p><p></p><p><br>
