Fargo Truss Systems is seeking a motivated Truss Designer/Sales Team Member to join our team. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who not only understands truss design but also thrives in a team-oriented environment and brings energy to both inside and outside sales. Duties
<ul>
<li>Design roof, floor, and wall trusses for residential and commercial applications</li>
<li>Collaborate with builders, contractors, and internal team to meet customer specs and deadlines</li>
<li>Assist with both inside and occasional outside sales efforts</li>
<li>Provide outstanding customer service and clear, professional communication</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and revisions</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Have 3&ndash;5 years of truss design experience, including both residential and commercial projects</li>
<li>Have Alpine software experience (highly preferred, but we&rsquo;re willing to train fast learners)</li>
<li>Be personable, outgoing, and a strong communicator, able to work well in a team setting, and interact professionally with clients</li>
<li>Be comfortable working 40&ndash;50 hours per week as needed to meet deadlines</li>
<li>Be willing to relocate to the Fargo, ND area</li>
<li>Be prepared to submit samples of prior design work without delay</li>
