Job Overview We are seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team to manage 2-3 locations in Michigan City and 1 location in Valparaiso. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our outreach efforts.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook &amp; Instagram to enhance brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts.</li><li>Utilize software tools for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.</li><li>Conduct SEO keyword research to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency through effective branding practices across all marketing materials.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and clarity before publication.</li><li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends to continuously refine strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Strong understanding of web analytics tools including Google Analytics.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail in content creation.</li><li>Ability to conduct social listening and implement findings into marketing strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques is essential.</li><li>A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital media.
