Operations &amp; Follow-Up Executive (Chandigarh)This is NOT a counselling, visa, or English-based role.This role is for someone who:<ul><li>Tracks work</li><li>Follows up with staff &amp; vendors</li><li>Maintains daily sheets</li><li>Ensures tasks are completed</li></ul>You will work directly with the business owner across food operations, retail, and fuel-related work.Daily Work Includes<ul><li>Making daily task lists and tracking completion</li><li>Calling staff/vendors for follow-ups</li><li>Updating simple Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Tracking expenses, stock notes, and pending work</li><li>Coordinating operational tasks (not clients)</li></ul>This Role Is NOT For<ul><li>Visa / immigration / IELTS / consultancy background</li><li>Sales counsellors</li><li>People looking only for desk or English-speaking jobs</li><li>People uncomfortable with calling &amp; follow-ups</li></ul>This Role Is FOR<ul><li>Operations / office coordination profiles</li><li>Store supervisors / back-office executives</li><li>People good with Excel, WhatsApp, calls</li><li>Detail-oriented, task-completion mindset</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Comfortable with phone follow-ups</li><li>Can handle multiple tasks daily</li><li>Prior operations / office work preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How do you handle a situation where staff or vendors delay work even after reminders?</li><li>Which tools have you used daily?
