<div>Dubai Area &ndash; United Arab Emirates: Seeking a professional, hands-on Farm Manager to manage and develop a private livestock and seasonal produce farm in the UAE. The farm currently and progressively includes Camels (core operation, including milking) Goats, with plans for: Goat milking clean milk handling Controlled milk sales Seasonal vegetables, depending on climate and season Existing sheds, greenhouses, and supporting infrastructure Operations will expand gradually based on performance and feasibility.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous</li><li>Proven experience managing livestock farms, ideally involving: Camels and/or goats Dairy-type milk operations Arid or semi-arid environments.</li><li>Is comfortable managing small to medium-scale farm operations.</li><li>Must be hands-on, disciplined, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Understands hygiene-driven milk production.</li><li>Can implement structure without overcomplicating systems.</li><li>Is reliable, practical, and focused on long-term sustainability.</li><li>Experience with organic or semi-organic farming systems is a strong advantage.</li></ul>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Full day-to-day operational management of the farm Professional management of camels, goats, and seasonal crops.</li><li>Transition camel milking from manual to machine milking, including Hygiene and sanitation protocols.</li><li>Fixed milking schedules Milk yield recording per animal.</li><li>Establish and manage goat milking operations Oversee seasonal vegetable production and greenhouse activities.</li><li>Maintain high standards of Cleanliness Animal welfare Feed and water management.</li><li>Supervise and manage farm staff with clear task allocation.</li><li>Implement disease prevention, monitoring, and isolation procedures.</li><li>Maintain simple but consistent records: Milk production Animal health Feeding and breeding Mortality and treatments Continuously improve efficiency, discipline, and quality of operations.</li></ul>
