 In this role, you&rsquo;ll
 
 build new automation flows

 optimize existing ones

 help country marketing teams
 
 use Insider platform more effectively.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll also
 
 own the data intelligence side of our Insider platform
 
 and dive deep into dashboards to uncover insights, identify the best-performing channels and journeys, and guide global digital strategy with data-driven recommendations.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to

 . The role is fully remote, and you&rsquo;ll collaborate daily with colleagues across

 .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Journey Management &amp; Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build new
 
 automated user flows and journeys
 
 and continuously improve existing automations
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor KPIs such as
 
 open rate, click rate, conversion, and retention
 
 ;
 
 proactively flag issues
 
 and take action when performance declines
 </li>
 <li>
 Run
 
 A/B or holdout tests
 
 to improve personalization and performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly review and validate all outbound messages across email, web push, app push, SMS, and WhatsApp to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality user experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Data &amp; Performance Analysis
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze analytics reports to identify top-performing
 
 channels, journeys, and countries
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular
 
 insight reports
 
 highlighting trends, wins, and optimization opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Combine
 
 Insider and GA4
 
 data to connect journey performance with user behavior across web and app
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Country Enablement &amp; Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support local marketing teams in leveraging the Insider platform effectively from
 
 segmentation to campaign setup
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Share best practices, troubleshoot issues, and help teams across the globe strengthen automation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a
 
 bridge
 
 between marketing, IT, and Insider to ensure smooth communication and data flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Over time, you will have the opportunity to become the
 
 subject matter expert
 
 who provides proactive guidance and training to countries
 </li>

 Reporting &amp; Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain
 
 dashboards
 
 summarizing journey and country-level performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with
 
 performance marketing, analytics and social media teams
 
 to align automation insights with paid and organic marketing initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 data consistency and integration
 
 between Insider, GA4, and CRM systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of
 
 hands-on experience
 
 
 with marketing automation or Martech tools
 
 (Insider, Braze, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluency in English
 
 . You&rsquo;ll collaborate daily with teams across multiple countries
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of
 
 MS Office tools
 
 , especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 funnel stages, tracking, and attribution models
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for
 
 testing and continuous optimization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on and autonomous with the ability to take ownership and make things happen
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in
 
 a fast-paced and dynamic environment
