The Senior Housekeeping Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring structured housekeeping training programs across hospitality and FM operations. The role requires a strong operational background in 4&ndash;5 star hotel housekeeping and the ability to bridge operational execution with structured learning delivery. The candidate will ensure SOP compliance, service excellence, and continuous performance improvement across large-scale operations.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>

Training &amp; Development:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Develop and deliver structured housekeeping training programs (classroom &amp; on-site).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify operational skill gaps.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Design training materials, SOP manuals, and assessment tools.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Utilize LMS to track attendance, progress, and certification records.</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Operational Excellence:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Ensure proper implementation of housekeeping SOPs and quality standards.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Conduct regular audits and on-ground evaluations to ensure compliance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Standardize cleaning processes and productivity benchmarks.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support pre-opening and ongoing hospitality projects.</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Coaching &amp; Performance Management:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Coach supervisors and team leaders on workforce planning and operational control.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Deliver blue-collar staff training focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Provide corrective training and performance improvement plans where required.</p>
</li>
</ul><p><b>Compliance &amp; Safety:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><p>Ensure adherence to Health &amp; Safety standards and regulatory requirements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Promote safe work practices and hygiene standards across all sites.</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Minimum <b>5&ndash;7 years of experience</b> in hotel housekeeping operations (4&ndash;5 star properties preferred).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proven experience delivering structured training programs within hospitality or FM companies (FM experience preferred).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience working in large-scale hospitality environments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of SOP implementation, quality assurance, and service standards.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills (multilingual preferred).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).</p>
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Educational Qualifications &amp; Certifications:</b></h3>

<li><p>Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism.</p>

<li><p>Certification in Housekeeping Operations or Facility Management (added advantage).</p>

The Business Centre / Innovation Hub Assistant plays a <b>key front-of-house role</b>, ensuring smooth operations of meeting rooms, auditorium, and event spaces while delivering exceptional hospitality and service experiences to tenants and guests.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Centre &amp; Innovation Hub, including meeting rooms, auditorium, and events, with <b>high hospitality standards</b>.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate IT, audio-visual requirements, seating arrangements, and <b>F&amp;B services</b>, ensuring seamless guest experiences.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support tenants and guests with IT connectivity, personalized service, and event assistance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Inspect and ensure cleaning, maintenance, and presentation standards are maintained.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Plan, coordinate, and manage large events and gatherings, attending beyond regular hours when required.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain professional and courteous front-of-house interaction with all tenants, guests, and internal teams.</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Candidate Requirements:</b></h2>

<li><p>Minimum <b>3 years UAE experience</b> in <b>Hospitality, Business Centre, or Event Management</b>, with strong front-of-house exposure.</p>

<li><p>Relevant <b>Degree or professional accreditation</b> in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Excellent presentation, grooming, and customer-facing professionalism.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer management skills.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Technical competency in audio-visual systems and IT setup during events.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of Property / Facility Management is an advantage but not mandatory.</p>
</li>
