<p>
The Payroll Officer is responsible for managing, reviewing, and executing all payroll operations accurately and on schedule. This includes salary processing, end-of-service settlements, payroll reporting, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and alignment with organizational policies.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>1. Payroll Management</b></h4>
<ul>
<li><p>Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll for all employees in accordance with statutory and company requirements.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Validate attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances prior to payroll finalization.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure timely salary disbursement through WPS or bank transfers.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Review and approve payroll reports and reconciliations before submission to Finance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain payroll controls to prevent discrepancies, overpayments, or delays.</p>
</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>2. Final Settlements &amp; Compliance</b></h4>
<ul>
<li><p>Process end-of-service benefits (EOSB), gratuity, and final settlements in line with UAE Labour Law and company policy.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate with HR and PRO teams for exit formalities including visa cancellation and clearance.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including WPS, GOSI, and pension contributions where applicable.</p>

</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>3. Reporting &amp; Analysis</b></h4>
<ul>
<li><p>Prepare monthly payroll reports, variance analyses, and cost summaries for management.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Support annual audit processes with required payroll data and documentation.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure alignment between HRMS and accounting systems.</p>

</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>4. HRMS &amp; Process Improvement</b></h4>

<li><p>Manage employee data in HRMS related to payroll, benefits, and job status changes.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Review and enhance payroll processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure smooth integration of HRMS updates and coordinate with IT for payroll module enhancements.</p>

<li><p>Handle employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.</p>

<li><p>Issue salary, employment, and other related certificates upon request.</p>

<li><p><b>Knowledge:</b> UAE Labour Law, WPS system, HRMS/payroll software, and Excel proficiency.</p>
