Overview HVAC Installer &ndash; Join Our TeamWe&rsquo;re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as HVAC Installers. Journeymen and lead installers are encouraged to apply, but no experience is necessary&mdash;we&rsquo;re willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.This role is perfect for someone who isn&rsquo;t afraid of hard work&mdash;whether that means working in hot attics, tight crawl spaces, or fast-paced environments&mdash;while still delivering top-tier customer service.We&rsquo;re seeking dependable, positive, and solution-oriented team members who take pride in their work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and just as comfortable working with customers as they are with tools.If you&rsquo;re reliable, driven, and ready to build a career in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation components according to schematics and HVAC design plans</li><li>Follow directions and relearn old skills/form new ones.</li><li>Assemble and modify ductwork</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction-related roles</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, or appliance repair</li><li>Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals</li><li>Knowledge of plumbing systems and refrigeration principles including ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable</li><li>Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting scenarios</li><li>Field service experience working directly at customer sites or property maintenance environments is advantageous</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record; experience operating &lt;PERSON&gt; driver or similar vehicles preferred</li><li>Ability to work safely in confined spaces or elevated locations while following all safety protocols</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about building reliable systems that improve lives!
