HR Manager

The Social Media Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the brand&rsquo;s social media strategies across all platforms. This role requires strong creative skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of digital trends to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.- Plan monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and content themes.- Identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly.- Lead the ideation, creation, and production of high-quality photo, video, and written content.- Coordinate with designers, photographers, video graphers, and content creators.- Ensure all content matches brand voice, guidelines, and quality standards.- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).- Publish and schedule posts according to the content calendar.- Monitor daily activity, engagement, comments, and messages.- Train team members on new trends, tools, and best practices.- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.- Use analytics to refine strategy and improve results.- Respond to customer queries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.- Build a positive online brand presence through active community engagement.- Plan influencer collaborations and manage relationships.- Coordinate paid social media campaigns with the performance marketing team.- Execute product launch campaigns and seasonal promotions.- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Communication, or related field.- 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social media management (fashion brand experience is a plus).- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.For Apply hr@fashionvillaz.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
