Hiring: Virtual Store Manager (VSM) &ndash; Remote (Canada Time Zone)Fast Cell Repair (Canada) is hiring Virtual Store Managers (VSMs) to remotely manage physical mobile repair stores using live CCTV, calls, and POS systems.Each VSM is assigned to one store only and works independently.Role Overview:The Virtual Store Manager is responsible for full remote oversight of one retail store, including live camera monitoring, call handling, lead management, repair desk supervision, inventory checks, and daily reporting to the owner.This is an active operations role, not just monitoring.Key Responsibilities:* Monitor the store live via CCTV during operating hours* Ensure store cleanliness, branding, and operational compliance* Take and make customer calls in fluent English* Manage customer leads and follow-ups* Coordinate with the in-store technician* Monitor repair intake and turnaround* Support sales and upselling of accessories/services* Ensure daily cash vs POS reconciliation* Monitor inventory and flag discrepancies* Track technician attendance and performance* Report and escalate issues directly to the ownerWorking Hours:* Canada Time Zone (Night shift in Pakistan)* Store hours: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Canada local time)* Full availability during assigned hours is requiredRequirements (Must-Have):* Fluent spoken English (mandatory)* Strong customer service &amp; communication skills* Experience in call centers, retail operations, or remote monitoring roles* Comfortable handling international (Canada) customers* High discipline, accountability, and attention to detail* Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work setupNo degree required &mdash; skills and performance matter.Preferred (Big Advantage)* International call center experience* Night-shift / North America time zone experience* POS, CRM, or service desk exposure* Retail, electronics, or mobile repair backgroundImportant Notes:* One VSM manages one store only* Continuous CCTV monitoring is in place* Role focuses on reporting and escalation (no disciplinary authority)* Sales targets/KPIs may be introduced laterWhat We Offer:✔ Full-time remote work ✔ Salary PKR 70,000 &ndash; 80,000/month (based on experience) ✔ Growth opportunities within the company ✔ Supportive and collaborative work cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
