Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with extensive experience in recruitment interview scheduling and a solid understanding of company procedures and policies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, evaluating and selecting top talent to support our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Talent Acquisition <ul> <li>Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).</li> <li>Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Interview Scheduling <ul> <li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and timely process.</li> <li>Prepare interview kits and ensure interviewers are briefed on candidate backgrounds.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Candidate Engagement <ul> <li>Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.</li> <li>Create a positive candidate experience that reflects our company culture.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Policy Compliance <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and procedures.</li> <li>Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Data Management <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li> <li>Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaboration <ul> <li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</li> <li>Participate in HR initiatives and projects as needed.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> At Fast Fit EMS Fitness we believe in investing in the growth of our employees.
