 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities based on demand forecasts.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support warehouse operations, including organizing and labeling inventory.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
 
 </li>

 Assist in implementing inventory management best practices.
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
