Rismic Mart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in reporting and compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts)</li><li>Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and ledger entries</li><li>Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management</li><li>Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance</li><li>Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports</li><li>Support internal and external audits</li><li>Coordinate with management to provide financial insights</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting/finance (Freshers with good knowledge can also apply)</li><li>Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work with accuracy and integrity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Bengali (Preferred)</li><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
