We are seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our vibrant business, where we value work-life balance and genuinely care about our employees. No prior experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries? Don&rsquo;t worry! We offer top-notch training and expert industry knowledge to help you excel. Your role will involve collaborating with service technicians to present and recommend the best equipment and service options for our customers' homes. 
In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Interacting and engaging with new, current, and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort to help us build customers for life.</li><li>
Efficiently communicating during in-home conversations; helping homeowners find solutions to save money on utilities and future repairs while improving the comfort and air quality in their homes.</li><li>
Conducting follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a future referral base.</li><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
A proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record in driving results.</li><li>
Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>
Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes and drive sales effectiveness.</li><li>
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings, providing personalized service and fostering direct connections.</li><li>
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales- prior industry experience not REQUIRED</li><li>
Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs</li></ul>
The physical requirements of this job include:<ul><li>
Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual workstation or office</li><li>
Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone</li><li>

About this role:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. The Commercial HVAC Technician will ensure that HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably, contributing to a comfortable and productive environment for our clients. We seek someone who excels in troubleshooting complex issues, providing expert solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Expertly clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.</li><li>
Perform thorough diagnostic assessments and service work on HVAC systems to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, restoring systems to peak functionality.</li><li>
Provide professional HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging your expertise to recommend and implement improvements that enhance system performance and energy efficiency.</li><li>
Effectively communicate with customers to address and resolve any issues or concerns related to HVAC systems, ensuring a positive service experience and high customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including invoices, warranty forms, and time sheets for each service call, ensuring proper record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.</li><li>
Maintain tools, parts, and the service vehicle in a clean, organized, and functional state, ensuring readiness for all service tasks and promoting operational efficiency.</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to emergency repair requests, minimizing downtime and ensuring swift resolution of urgent issues.</li><li>
Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve service delivery and maintain high standards of technical expertise.</li><li>

</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service or installation, demonstrating a solid understanding of HVAC systems and components.</li><li>
HVAC Commercial experience preferred but not required.</li><li>
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work comfortably in confined spaces while maintaining safety and efficiency.</li><li>
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to HVAC work, including the ability to implement and follow safety guidelines.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to pass periodic drug tests and background checks, ensuring a trustworthy and reliable professional.</li></ul>
The physical requirements of this job include:<ul><li>
Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally</li><li>
Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.</li><li>
Ability to drive.</li><li>
Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.</li><li>
