Responsibilities:

Ability to fulfill all responsibilities of the Patient Care Specialist position as detailed in the specific Patient Care Specialist job description.</li><li>

The Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) will see patients across the lifespan of care including diagnostic evaluations, individual, and family therapy virtually through a telehealth platform and live in the clinic setting.
