As an Operations Coordinator for Fleet, you will:<ul><li>Fleet Oversight:</li><li>Monitor daily performance and productivity of riders .</li><li>Ensure riders comply with operational protocols and company standards.</li><li>Logistics Management:</li><li>Coordinate rider schedules, route allocations, and shift planning.</li><li>Handle daily check-ins and resolve operational issues promptly.</li><li>Communication:</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between riders and the operations team.</li><li>Ensure clear and effective communication regarding updates, policies, and feedback.</li><li>Compliance and Reporting:</li><li>Ensure all riders adhere to safety regulations, including proper bike maintenance and rider conduct.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, rider attendance, and incident reports.</li><li>Issue Resolution:</li><li>Address and resolve rider grievances, delays, or disruptions in coordination with internal teams.</li><li>Proactively manage emergencies or unexpected challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Deliveroo operations: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
