The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B &amp; B2C logistics operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups with vendors.  Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Logistics Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate and oversee the B2B logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle appointment-based logistics and quick commerce logistics to meet customer demands efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 MIS Reporting:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Coordination and Communication:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with channel partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate &amp; Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 Minimum Graduation
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile:

 Proven experience in logistics management and MIS reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Mid Level
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics. You'll work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates and printing collaterals.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
 </li>

 Desired Candidate Profile:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
