We&rsquo;re searching for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer to join Fastbreak&rsquo;s in-house software engineering team. What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul>
<li>Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Express.</li>
<li>Lead technical architecture decisions and enforce best practices for code quality and testing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.</li>
<li>Drive innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
5+ years of professional software development experience.</li></ul><ul>
<li>2+ years of exerience working with a startup or in a rapid-growth environment.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.js.</li>
<li>Proven track record of working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda).</li>
<li>Deep understanding of frontend architecture and state management.</li>
<li>Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul>
<li>Experience with TypeScript and strong typing practices.</li>
<li>Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).</li>
<li>Familiarity with serverless architecture.</li>
<li>Experience with performance optimization and web vitals.</li>
<li>History of contributing to open-source projects.</li>
<li>AWS certifications.</li>

We're based in Charlotte, NC and looking for a team member to work in our offices 5 days a week.</li></ul>
