</div><div>As a Sign Production and Installation Specialist, you are the bridge between a design and a finished product. You will:<br>
</div><ul><li><b>Fabricate &amp; Assemble:</b> Use advanced machinery (Laminator, Laser, Zund digital cutter) to construct high-quality signage, from flat panels to post &amp; panel projects.<br>
</li><li><b>Expert Installation:</b> Perform on-site installations of large-format graphics and pressure-sensitive vinyl.<br>
</li><li><b>Collaborate:</b> Work with the sales team to provide accurate labor estimates and project updates.<br>
</li><li><b>Quality Control:</b> Ensure every project meets our high standards by proofing work orders and troubleshooting equipment.<br>
</li><li><b>Site Surveys:</b> Conduct site visits to gather technical measurements for the design team.<br>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li><b>Hands-on Experience:</b> Proven skill with adhesive vinyl application and sign making.<br>
</li><li><b>Tool Savvy:</b> Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods (measuring, leveling, and cutting).<br>
</li><li><b>Problem Solver:</b> Ability to think on your feet and creatively overcome technical hurdles.<br>
</li><li><b>Detail-Oriented:</b> Strong math and spelling skills with a commitment to \&quot;High Quality\&quot; output.<br>
</li><li><b>Requirements:</b> Valid Texas Driver&rsquo;s License and a clean driving record.<br>
