</ul></div><div><div>FASTSIGNS #69301 is hiring for a Sign Production Specialist &amp; Installer / Graphic Designer to join our team!<br>
</div><div>A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist &amp; Installer / Graphic Designer Will:<br>
</div><ul><li>Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center</li>
<li>Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders</li>
<li>Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business</li>
<li>Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied</li>
<li>Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media</li>
<li>Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.</li>
<li>Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate</li>
<li>Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files</li>
<li>Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium</li>
<li>Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc</li>
<li>Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images</li>
<li>Operate and maintain printer(s)</li>
<li>Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards</li>
<li>Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces</li>
</ul><div>Ideal Qualifications Include:<br>
</div><ul><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator</li>
<li>2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships</li>
<li>Great listening and organization skills</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work</li>
<li>1-2 years of graphic design experience</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously</li>
<li>Determine the best output method based on the customer&rsquo;s needs</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work</li>
<li>Clean driving record</li>
<li>18 years of age or older</li>
<li>Proficiently uses hand and power tools</li>
<li>Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required</li>
