We are seeking a motivated and skilled Signage &amp; Graphics Fabricator &amp; Installer to join our growing team in Queens, NY.Position Overview: As a Fabricator &amp; Installer, you will be responsible for the production, assembly, and installation of high-quality signs and graphics. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fabricate, assemble, and finish a wide variety of signs, including vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, banners, and vehicle graphics</li><li>Perform installations at client sites including wall graphics, window graphics, exterior signage, and vehicle wraps</li><li>Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and design files</li><li>Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all projects</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Represent FASTSIGNS professionally during on-site installations and customer interactions</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in sign production, graphics installation, or a related field preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate)</li><li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and sign-making equipment</li><li>Basic knowledge of vinyl application, substrates, and installation techniques</li><li>Ability to measure, level, and install graphics accurately</li><li>Comfortable working at heights, with ladders, and occasionally outdoors</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience)</li><li>Ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on exciting and creative projects across various industries</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $28.89 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Signage fabrication and installation: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Queens, NY 11385 (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
