We are looking for a graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we&rsquo;d like to meet you and review your portfolio. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.You must be a team player who can perform well under tight deadlines and balance multiple projects at a time. You&rsquo;ll need to be dependable and flexible with a can do attitude. Knowledge of various types of vinyl / substrates / print media or sign industry history is a plus.Responsibilities<ul><li>Study work orders and determine requirements</li><li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements</li><li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas</li><li>Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand</li><li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic</li><li>Amend designs after feedback</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proven graphic designing experience</li><li>A portfolio of illustrations or other design work</li><li>Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>A keen eye for aesthetics and details</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines</li><li>Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sign Industry: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Graphic design: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
