We are looking to hire passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team.
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.</li><li>
Create personas, user journeys, flows, and other UX artifacts.</li><li>
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define goals, requirements, and scope.</li><li>
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and usability findings.</li><li>
Support and contribute to our design system, components, variants, tokens, and documentation.</li><li>
Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints &mdash; web and mobile.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong UI and UX work.</li><li>
Excellent-level Figma skills:</li><li>
Components &amp; variants</li><li>
Auto-layout</li><li>
Design tokens</li><li>
File organization</li><li>
Prototyping</li><li>
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.</li><li>
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.</li></ul>
