<b>The Role:</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our development team and help build scalable, reliable and simple solutions.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll work across customer-facing products, internal systems and platform services. Our technology stack includes JavaScript, Golang and Ruby, and we&rsquo;re looking for engineers who enjoy learning and working across different technologies. Our infrastructure runs on AWS and is managed through Terraform and modern CI/CD workflows.<br>

Most of your time will be spent delivering product improvements and customer-facing features, working closely with product, design and other engineers. Depending on priorities and interests, you&rsquo;ll also have opportunities to contribute to platform, infrastructure, reliability and developer experience initiatives.<br>

We believe engineers should be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to deployment, monitoring and iteration.<br>
<br>
We&rsquo;re focused on building things the right way and continuously improving how we work. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys solving meaningful technical and product challenges.</div><div><br>
<b>
The Person:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong software development experience building production systems.</li><li>
Experience working in JavaScript, Ruby or Golang (or demonstrated willingness to learn quickly).</li><li>
Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS, Terraform or SST.</li><li>
Comfortable using observability tools and diagnosing performance, reliability and operational issues.</li><li>
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and modern software delivery practices.</li><li>
Comfortable using modern development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.</li><li>
Passion for web technologies, digital products and delivering value to customers.</li><li>
Understanding of agile product development, clean code and technical excellence.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term maintainability.</li><li>
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.</li><li>
Takes ownership of problems and outcomes, not just individual tasks.</li><li>
Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product and design.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Salary: &pound;70,000k - 85,000k depending on experience.</li><li>
The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hrs per week Monday&ndash;Friday.</li><li>
Work completely remotely, or use our Manchester office when you see fit.</li><li>
