Position Summary<ul><li>Supports the Supervisor/ Assistant / Restaurant Manager to plan, organise and supervise the flow of restaurant seating arrangements during service to ensure the outlet provides service excellence that is consistent with the restaurant SOPs.</li><li>To achieve and maintain service excellence and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Works closely with FOH and BOH team.</li><li>Is able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members at all times.</li><li>Treats all team members with respect and integrity.</li><li>Achieves maximum revenue through effective planning, communication &amp; seat management.</li><li>Acts as the SPU representative and communicates effectively with guests and inquiries.</li></ul>Operational Responsibilities <ul><li>To follow the instructions and direction of management and supervisors.</li><li>Is trained to deliver an excellent standard of customer service and maintains that standard.</li><li>Has full working knowledge of all menu items, and can describe them and clearly and suggestively, including possible variations, allergens or options.</li><li>Can perform independently in their designated area of work.</li><li>Engages warmly and professionally with guests and team members at all times</li><li>Is able to handle complaints and feedback from customers in a calm and professional manner, and communicate any issues to RM or ARM.</li><li>Schedules reservations and/or maintains waitlists.</li><li>Keeping and maintaining communication with guests regarding reservations or waitlists.</li><li>Communicates any known issues to managers immediately.</li><li>Ensures that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as directed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and its environment.</li><li>Completes own probationary and appraisal paper work as required</li><li>Understands and can explain the Brand.</li><li>Maintains accurate records of reservations and guest seating.</li><li>Maintains and updates a guest database.</li><li>Ensures that all colleagues adhere and work to correct health and hygiene standards at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 1 years&rsquo; experience in hospitality</li><li>Desirable: Diploma in Food &amp; Beverage</li><li>Can hold a conversation in English with confidence.</li><li>Listens to understand and acts accordingly</li><li>Is organized in their duties</li><li>Have good time management skills. Reports for duty, meetings and training on time.</li></ul>Job Type: Permanent
