We pride ourselves on a collaborative, hands-on approach that puts customer satisfaction at the center of everything we do.What You'll Be DoingThis is a hybrid role that blends design, project management, and procurement responsibilities. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our head of design, production team, and vendors to ensure projects are accurately drawn, efficiently coordinated, and smoothly executed.Key Responsibilities:Cabinet Design (Mozaik &amp; Support Tools):<ul><li>Use cabinet design software (training provided) to create detailed drawings for production.</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of Design to review, refine, and finalize shop drawings.</li><li>Assist in material selection and finish options tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li></ul>Project Coordination &amp; Client Interaction:<ul><li>Visit job sites to take accurate measurements and assess project needs.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients, design, and production teams to ensure alignment.</li><li>Track and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding progress and any updates or revisions.</li></ul>Purchasing &amp; Vendor Coordination:<ul><li>Create and manage material lists for each project.</li><li>Coordinate purchasing of materials.</li><li>Monitor inventory and material delivery timelines to avoid production delays.</li></ul>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Assist with generating proposals and job costing using Excel and other tools.</li><li>Support the sales team with project documentation and follow-ups.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.</li><li>A creative thinker with a strong sense of design and spatial planning.</li><li>Comfortable with both in-office work and occasional field visits.</li><li>Eager to learn and grow within the woodworking/cabinet industry.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to use Excel and work with technical documents.</li><li>Willingness to learn Mozaik or other manufacturing design software.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish.</li><li>Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (site visits required).</li><li>Ability to multitask across several projects with shifting priorities.</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Day shift (flexible part-time or full-time availability)</li><li>In-person role with some travel to project sites (local)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Learn industry-specific software and develop technical design skills.</li><li>Be part of a growing team with a passion for craftsmanship and quality.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of cabinetry projects&mdash;from planning to production.</li></ul>Ready to Apply?If you're excited to design, coordinate, and make an impact with each project, send us your resume at:hr@fatto-su-misura.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Min 2 year of Mozaik experience</li></ul>Work Location: In person
