We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS/PTE Instructor to join our team and help our students achieve their academic and professional goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct IELTS/PTE preparation classes for students, focusing on all four language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).</li><li>Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to student's individual learning needs and goals.</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language proficiency and test-taking strategies.</li><li>Administer and evaluate practice tests regularly to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Create and maintain a motivating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest IELTS/PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and teaching methodologies.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance course materials, resources, and curriculum content.</li><li>Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns or queries related to the course.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Master's degree in English Linguistics or Literature.</li><li>Proven experience as an IELTS/PTE instructor with a strong track record of helping students achieve their desired scores.</li><li>Excellent command of English language proficiency, both spoken and written.</li><li>Familiarity with IELTS/PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.</li><li>Flexibility to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work with motivated students and make a meaningful impact on their academic and career aspirations.</li></ul>If you are passionate about teaching and have the skills and qualifications required for this role, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and teaching philosophy.
