Sponsored directly by the client&rsquo;s CIO, this role will put you at the forefront of building agentic AI environments that enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and enable next-generation digital transformation.This is a unique chance to apply your technical expertise in a high-impact enterprise setting, collaborating with internal teams and global technology partners to deliver real-world AI solutions.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Design and develop AI agents using modern frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).</li><li>Build APIs, pipelines, and integrations to connect agents with enterprise systems and partner platforms.</li><li>Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and manage vector databases for intelligent reasoning.</li><li>Prototype, test, and scale AI solutions from POC to production.</li><li>Work closely with the CIO&rsquo;s office, client IT team, and external suppliers to align architecture and delivery.</li><li>Share knowledge and mentor teams as client builds its internal AI capability.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>10+ years in software engineering, including 4-5 years in applied AI/ML.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Generative AI (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.)</li><li>Agent frameworks and orchestration tools.</li><li>Python (primary language), with solid cloud/MLOps exposure.</li><li>Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings.</li><li>Track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in multi-vendor ecosystems.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills &ndash; comfortable working with technical teams and senior business leaders.</li></ul>Bonus Skills:<ul><li>Reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or digital twins.</li><li>Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Experience with enterprise workflow platforms.</li><li>Sector exposure in marine/offshore, logistics, or energy.</li></ul>Why Apply?<ul><li>Work directly with a forward-thinking leadership team.</li><li>Influence the early adoption of agentic AI in a global offshore services environment.</li><li>Collaborate with top-tier partners and suppliers on cutting-edge AI initiatives.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about shaping the future of applied AI and want to build real-world agent environments in an enterprise context &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 3 months
