Your Role as an Account Manager:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic customer relationships across the DoD, medical labware, and aerospace sectors. This role requires deep industry knowledge, experience in machining processes, and a proactive approach to client engagement. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the Account Manager will ensure seamless communication, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:</h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.</li><li>
Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and customer satisfaction across assigned sectors.</li><li>
Understand and communicate machining capabilities including CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis operations.</li><li>
Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements specific to DoD and medical labware manufacturing.</li><li>
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue targeted outreach for new clients.</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align customer needs with manufacturing capabilities.</li><li>
Process and facilitate RFQ&rsquo;s with team members to provide viable quotes for new business.</li><li>
Oversees inventory, LTAs, and VMI and is responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring accurate stock levels, maintaining long-term contract compliance, and optimizing vendor-managed replenishment process.</li></ul>
Qualifications of an Account Manager:<ul><li>
5+ years of account management experience in precision machining or advanced manufacturing.</li><li>
Proven success managing accounts in aerospace, defense (DoD), and/or medical labware sectors.</li><li>
Strong understanding of AS9100, ITAR, and other relevant standards.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Background in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.</li></ul>
