Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Completes a pre- and post-operation check of a commercial vehicle in line with FCC regulations to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety devices, gauges, and other components are in correct operating condition.</li><li>
Ensure commercial vehicles are safely operated on allocated routes that encompass roads, residential neighborhoods, and alleys.</li><li>
Ability to manually and/or automatically operate controls and joystick equipment in compliance with the FCC's safety regulations and procedures.</li><li>
Engage courteously with co-workers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure that all services are performed in a timely and professional way.</li><li>
Continuously monitors the vehicle's status to ensure it remains operationally ready in order to reduce downtime.</li><li>
Completes necessary paperwork and other reports accurately.</li><li>
Maintains departmental productivity standards to ensure all clients are serviced in a timely and effective way.</li><li>
Follows and enforces all safety regulations and procedures.</li></ul>
Job Qualifications
Education:<ul><li>

Position Summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition &amp; MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers.</li><li>
Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.</li><li>
Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes.</li><li>
Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.</li><li>
Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment.</li><li>
Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading.</li><li>
Assist customers with unloading material when needed.</li><li>
Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location.</li><li>
Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.</li></ul>
