Role Overview 
The Client Experience Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth planning
 
and execution of meetings and events. This role combines relationship management, project delivery, and operational excellence to create memorable experiences that support client retention and business growth. Ideal candidates will have proven project management experience, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality event solutions.<div> 

Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Support the Business Leader in driving new business by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and
</li></ul>converting prospects. 
<ul><li>Conduct client consultations to define objectives, create proposals, manage budgets, and outline event
</li></ul>timelines. 
<ul><li>Collaborate on event design, theming, branding, and logistics to deliver exceptional event experiences.</li><li>Manage the full event lifecycle, ensuring high-quality service delivery at each stage.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance existing accounts, improve service delivery, and strengthen client
</li></ul>retention. 
<ul><li>Demonstrate strong communication skills; English is essential, and additional languages are an advantage.</li></ul></div><div> 

Experience &amp; Knowledge Required 
<ul><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in project or meeting management, with the ability to manage multiple projects
</li></ul>simultaneously. 
<ul><li>1+ year of experience in account management or sales.</li><li>Experience working with corporate or high-profile clients.</li><li>Strong understanding of MICE suppliers, products, and destinations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience with Qondor and/or CVENT (preferred but not essential).</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the MICE sales team, ensuring a high level of performance, motivation, and achievement of sales targets.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Revenue Generation: Oversee the achievement of sales targets, with a focus on driving top-line revenue of 15-20 crores.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring the consistent achievement of individual and team goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the MICE division, identifying opportunities for growth and new business acquisition.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Sales Pipeline: Ensure the generation of leads, conversion into business, and the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and positioning.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Contracting, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and client requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reporting &amp; Forecasting: Manage sales forecasting, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management.</li></ul>

<div>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</div>

<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales within the MICE industry or a related travel management field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and leading successful teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, teams, and senior management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of the MICE business, client acquisition strategies, and sales processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.</li></ul>
