<div>Training Coordinator

Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>
Ability to work well within a team.</li><li>
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Excellent communication (oral &amp; written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Experience with training course management and planning.</li><li>
Ability to review training records electronically as well as create proactive training plans.</li><li>
Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge, process information, and apply appropriately.</li><li>
Experience with training course evaluations, including managing course surveys and collecting and analyzing feedback.</li><li>
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, hands on, organized with strong ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul> 
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate training activities: Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, training materials, and facilities.</li><li>
Act as a liaison to our Client Personnel and departments as needed and appropriate.</li></ul>
DPSST Refresher Course Instruction<ul><li>
Lead and facilitate DPSST refresher courses for current security officers.</li></ul>
CPR Training<ul><li>
Conduct CPR training sessions for security personnel, ensuring all officers maintain current certification.</li><li>
Organize hands-on practice and periodic re-certification opportunities.</li><li>
Maintain records of CPR training completion and expiration dates.</li></ul>
General Security Training<ul><li>
Develop and deliver additional security training modules as required and provided by the client (e.g., emergency response, incident reporting).</li><li>
Update training materials to reflect evolving threats and best practices.</li></ul>
Program Management<ul><li>
Monitor and track employee progress and development through training programs, providing guidance and support to individuals as needed. Schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple shifts and locations.</li><li>
Collaborate with site leads and global security teams to ensure consistent standards.</li></ul>
Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Evaluate training effectiveness: Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Update training materials: Review and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevancy.</li><li>
Stay abreast of compliance and legal requirements and ensure that training programs adhere to applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and industry standards. Maintaining knowledge of specific FCS contractual training obligations.</li></ul>
