</div><div><b>Position Overview</b><br>
The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating projects across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a proven ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping projects running efficiently from start to finish.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
</div><ul><li>Coordinate and support the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, action item logs, and status reports for internal teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as a central point of contact for project communications, facilitating information flow between team members, departments, and leadership.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Track project progress against milestones and proactively flag delays, risks, or resource conflicts to project leadership.</li>
<li>Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting to support project financial management.</li>
<li>Maintain organized project documentation, files, and records using company tools and systems.</li>
<li>Support vendor and contractor coordination, including purchase order tracking and delivery follow-ups.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and improvement of project coordination processes and templates.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or related field of study. Equivalent experience considered.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li>
<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Projects, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.</li>
<li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Ability to work on tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Access to available transportation.</li>
<li>Available to travel to various sites throughout the Bay Area.</li>
