Department: Purchase &amp; StoresRole:Executive will beresponsible for Day to Day GRN preparation for all Inward Bills and preparation of Monthly Stock Statement.Responsibilities:&middot; Responsible for Day to Day GRN Preparation for all Inward bills.&middot; Responsible for MRI Preparation.&middot; Responsible for follow up to regularize DC for vendor place unloading bills.&middot; Responsible for MRS updating in ERP for all import items.&middot; While giving bill to A/c Department GRN No. entered in Day book.&middot; Responsible for MRS (Material Requisition Slip) Entry Day to Day Given by Production to Stores Department.&middot; Responsible for Follow up Monthly stock statement from Vendor place.&middot; Responsible for Monthly stock statement Prepare submit to Ac Manager.&middot; Responsible for stationery items Printing items follow up &amp; issues.&middot; Responsible for preparation of Job order.&middot; Responsible for generation of E-Way Bill.Pre-requisites:&middot; Diploma/Degree&middot; Good computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft excel &amp; ERP PROCESS.&middot; Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.Other Tasks: &middot; Strictly follow the timelines of projects as per requirement.&middot; Responsible for good communications &amp; co ordination with all depts.&middot; Must be flexible in working hours in case of requirement.&middot; Any other task which is required by management.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.55 - &#8377;35,000.40 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Role:Purchase Executive will beresponsible for preparation, co-ordination and maintenance of Purchase Orders and also responsible to receive and TPL/MRS register maintain.Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare all purchase indents and purchase approval in ERP&middot; Prepare all purchase order/job orders in ERP.&middot; Coordinate to send all purchase order to suppliers by email/courier.&middot; Preparing Vendor wise Raw Material (boards) pending statement.&middot; Maintain MRS TPL day to day basis and coordinate with Purchase Manager.&middot; Maintaining purchase order and filing indent copies.&middot; Scanning all quotations in general folder for Audit Purpose at account dept.&middot; Maintain Project wise Powder requirements statement.&middot; ERP Raw materials /BOC/ Hardware&rsquo;s Master Creations.&middot; Preparing glass / Edgebanding pending orders statement weekly wise.&middot; Receiving of TPL / MRS for purchase department &amp; distribution of the above all concerned persons in the department.&middot; Receiving of Storage Hardware&rsquo;s and Hardware&rsquo;s list from Planning and issuing it to stores&middot; Receiving Snag request and Distribution.Pre-requisites:&middot; Diploma/Degree&middot; Good computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office&middot; ERP PROCESS&middot; Responsible for good communications &amp; co ordination with internal depts..&middot; Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.Other Tasks: &middot; Strictly follow the timelines of projects as per requirement.&middot; Responsible for good communications &amp; co ordination with all depts.&middot; Must be flexible in working hours in case of requirement.&middot; Any other task which is required by management.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.89 - &#8377;30,000.61 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
