ResponsibilitiesChild-Centered Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Design age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development.</li><li>Introduce foundational concepts like colors, shapes, numbers, and letters through play-based methods.</li><li>Model social behaviors such as sharing, empathy, and turn-taking during group interactions.</li></ul>Creative &amp; Emotional Engagement<ul><li>Use songs, rhymes, puppets, and storytelling to build language and emotional expression.</li><li>Facilitate purposeful play that encourages imagination, curiosity, and self-confidence.</li><li>Observe and support children&rsquo;s emotional needs, helping them navigate separation anxiety and social adjustment.</li></ul>Safety, Hygiene &amp; Routine<ul><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment&mdash;indoors and outdoors.</li><li>Oversee snack time, nap routines, and toilet training with patience and hygiene protocols.</li><li>Respond calmly to minor accidents or emotional outbursts, ensuring children feel secure.</li></ul>Parent Communication &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Share daily updates and developmental observations with parents in a warm, professional tone.</li><li>Collaborate with parents on behavioral strategies and milestone tracking.</li><li>Document children&rsquo;s progress through photos, anecdotal notes, and learning portfolios.</li></ul>Professionalism &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Participate in weekly planning meetings with the academic coordinator or director.</li><li>Align with the school&rsquo;s inclusive philosophy, supporting neurodiverse and multilingual learners.</li><li>Engage in ongoing training on child development, gender sensitivity, and classroom management.</li></ul>Experience : 1- 5yrs / Freshers can also applyJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
