The candidate will play a key coordination role between site engineers, architects, clients, and management &mdash; ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and cost expectations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily site activities across multiple residential projects.</li><li>Supervise and guide site engineers, ensuring smooth execution of work as per drawings and specifications.</li><li>Report regularly to management on project timelines, cost tracking, progress status, and quality outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for timely approvals, clarifications, and design inputs.</li><li>Ensure all construction work complies with design intent, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Identify and resolve site-level issues proactively to maintain project momentum.</li><li>Support the project team in achieving milestones within budget and schedule constraints.</li><li>Maintain documentation and reporting systems for site progress, materials, and manpower.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;8 years of relevant experience in residential construction (architect-designed buildings preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishing standards.</li><li>Excellent site management and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and teams effectively.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills &mdash; able to interact professionally with clients, architects, and vendors.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented personality.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Opportunity to work on premium architect-driven residential projects.</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end project execution and management.</li><li>Growth-oriented work culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
