MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Juris Doctorate Degree and admission to the Tennessee Bar.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Significant related experience as an attorney with substantial experience in general corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, executive and employee benefits.
Demonstrably successful management experience. Strong management, negotiation and communications skills.

Staff Director Securities/Corporate Law

<div>As a FedEx Intern, you will be working on projects gaining you valuable, real-world experience in a professional environment as it relates to your field of study. 
Essential Functions
<ul><li>Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.</li><li>
Participates in various networking and/or community service events.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of content creation on SharePoint; ability to coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, etc., for FP&amp;A learning and development; possess project management and organization skills; be able to complete data analysis, visualization and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint; strong teamwork and collaboration skills in an international environment.
Requirement: Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 12-week program, starting June 2nd, 2025. 
Minimum Education
Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Degree: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or other quantitative discipline.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.
