Provide support with daily departmental operations and initiatives</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback</li><li>
Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution</li><li>
Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed</li></ul>
Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Under close supervision, the successful candidate may assist with developing new products and managing corporate initiatives to designing content to promote the FedEx brand.</li><li>
Present and deliver long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.</li><li>
Participates in various networking and/or community service events.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div>
Education/Experience<ul><li>
Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.</li><li>
Degree: Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, User Experience &amp; Interaction, or related field.</li><li>
Minimum Experience: No experience required</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Ability to work productivity and proactively, both independently or as a part of a team.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills.</li></ul>
Physical/Cognitive Requirements

Working Conditions
General office environment that is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available.
