Our Unique Work:</b></div><div>
The Operations and Resiliency (O&amp;R) Group operates and oversees the provisioning of financial accounts and services, including the distribution of currency for the Second district as well as gold safekeeping operations on behalf of the Federal Reserve System, and provides critical operations support to the broader Bank including law enforcement, business continuity and resiliency. Within O&amp;R sits the Strategy and Product Advancement team (S&amp;PA), responsible for partnering with Bank stakeholders to deliver a high-value product portfolio and access to technology services in support of the Group&rsquo;s strategic priorities, leveraging business and product area expertise.</div><div></div><div>
With the expansion of self-service analytics, tool automation software, and GenAI, S&amp;PA is seeking a qualified candidate who can support the modernization and enhancement of the Group&rsquo;s tools, processes, and reporting.</div><div></div><div><b>
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact as a Product Analyst:</b></div><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards (i.e. Tableau) that clearly visualize key business metrics and trends as well as automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual work</li><li>
Collect, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources into structured formats for analysis</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, design and implement end-to-end solutions, and investigate new technologies to improve data pipelines and support business enablement</li><li>
Identify opportunities for data quality improvements and process optimization and leverage emerging technologies across the industry to improve current application suite and enhance self-service analytics</li><li>
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis requests and data interpretation</li><li>
Provide guidance and standard practices to team on developing dashboards, use of data extraction and visualization products, and other business intelligence tools.</li><li>
Identify key insights into O&amp;R operations and ways data can be used to transform how the Group moves forward and grows successfully</li><li>
Assist in modernizing Business Automated Solutions (BAS) and identifying opportunities for improvements</li><li>
Conduct demonstrations of out-of-the-box and custom tools and create user guides and documentation</li><li>
Partner with the Product Owners to create and implement a data strategy aligned with O&amp;R&rsquo;s strategic goals</li><li>
Engage with the Data and Analytics Office (DAO) on data policies, self service offerings, and O&amp;R data needs</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
The Unique Skill Sets We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div><ul><li>
Experienced in building visualizations and dashboards to create compelling business insights using data querying and analytical software e.g., SQL, R, SAS, Tableau, Python, and Power BI.</li><li>
Basic understanding of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) practices a plus.</li><li>
Experienced with UiPath and/or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, and light no-code workflow applications.</li><li>
Knowledge of information design principles and data visualization methods.</li><li>
Strong foundation of business knowledge and professional skills, from decision-making and problem-solving to communication and time management.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead multiple initiatives simultaneously to drive and deliver results while potentially navigating competing priorities.</li><li>
Attention to detail to ensure that data is analyzed efficiently and effectively while minimizing errors.</li><li>
Ability to structure and distill complex problems into easily digestible insights, solutions, and recommendations.</li><li>
Curiosity and drive to Simplify, Innovate, and Lead on new tools, processes or innovations.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.</li><li>

Salary Range: $120000 - $160000 / year</b></div><div><i>
