About the Opportunity</div></div><div><div>
The ERP Platform Developer plays a critical role in advancing this platform by designing, building, and maintaining integrations and custom applications that connect Workday and Ariba with internal and external systems. This position emphasizes modern integration practices using Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and Orchestrate, alongside custom app development in Workday Extend.<br>

In addition, the role will contribute to the early-stage transition to SAP Ariba&rsquo;s Business Technology Platform (BTP), helping strengthen our Ariba integration capacity and guiding adoption of new capabilities such as Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors. This is a unique opportunity to work in a mature ERP environment while also shaping the next phase of innovation and platform evolution.</div><div></div><div>
This opportunity is an in-office role that will report to a District Bank location based on candidate proximity.</div></div><div></div><div><div><br>
What You Will Do:</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Design and maintain integrations between Workday/Ariba and external systems</div></li><li><div>
Develop and maintain custom Workday Extend applications</div></li><li><div>
Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba</div></li><li><div>
Build and optimize Ariba master and transactional data integrations</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and monitor integrations</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to SAP Ariba BTP transition initiatives</div></li><li><div>
Apply software engineering principles to integration lifecycle management</div></li><li><div>
Provide on-call support and troubleshooting for integration environments</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>
Qualifications &amp; Competencies:</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
3-5 years of Ariba integration development experience</div></li><li><div>
Experience utilizing Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management</div></li><li><div>
Expertise in web service/API technologies: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.)</div></li><li><div>
Experience with integration design and development for Cloud-based platforms</div></li><li><div>
3-5 years of Workday integration development experience; deep Studio experience required</div></li><li><div>
Experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connector, EIBs, Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Orchestration for Integrations</div></li><li><div>
Hands-on experience with both master and transactional data integrations</div></li><li><div>
Deep knowledge of the Source to Pay business process</div></li><li><div>
Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integrations</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data-related inquiries</div></li><li><div>
Well-versed in Agile development methodologies including Kanban/Scrum</div></li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><br>

The Richmond hiring range for the ERP Platform Developer is $107,700- $148,060 annually.</div></li><li><div>
Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual&rsquo;s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.</div></li><li><div>
